How long will my TAL™ bottle keep drinks cold?
Most TAL™ double-wall insulated stainless steel bottles are designed to keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, though performance varies by specific model and size.
Are TAL™ products dishwasher safe?
To preserve the vacuum seal and the finish of your bottle, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water. Some lids and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe, but please check the specific product care instructions.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return; please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are your products BPA-free?
Yes, all TAL™ Hydration products, including our bottles, tumblers, and lids, are 100% BPA-free and made from food-grade materials to ensure safe hydration.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?
TAL™ Hydration stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents, or scratches caused by use.
