At TAL™ Hydration, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused TAL™ products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
